Admission Requirements

1. Students entering kindergarten through 6th grade are required to take a readiness test. Testing will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
2. Once the application materials are submitted, the Admissions Director will interview both parents and student. In addition to the interview process, other enrollment considerations may include:

   • past educational performance
   • personal characteristics and attitude
   • previous standardized testing
   • day visit
3. The Academy maintains the right to refuse admission to anyone who fails to meet entrance requirements or does not comply with our standards of conduct, as set forth by this administration.

Once all required information has been submitted and interviews have been completed, the application for admission will be reviewed by the Admissions Department for final acceptance. The family will be notified in writing of the decision.

***All students are admitted conditionally on a six-week trial period.***

Preschool and K4

Requirements

1. Child must be 3 years old by October 15 of school year
2. Child must be successfully potty trained and self-attending.

   • If the staff finds that the child is not completely potty trained, the parent will be asked to withdraw the child until successful potty training is established.

Tuition

5 day program — $5,900.00 per Academic Year
3 day program — $5,400.00 per Academic Year (Pre–School Only)
2 day program — $5,100.00 per Academic Year (Pre–School Only)

School Fees

1. Application Fee — $100.00/application
   Application will not be considered without this fee.
2. Curriculum Fee — $350.00/student
   Fifty percent of fee is due and payable within 10 days of receipt of acceptance letter. The remaining fifty percent is due by the first day of school.

The above fees are non–refundable.

K5 — 6th Grade

Tuition

$6,100.00 per Academic Year

   Fifty percent of fee is due and payable within 10 days of receipt of acceptance letter. The remaining fifty percent is due by the first day of school.

Other Fee Based Programs

1. Early Morning Care — $5.50/hour (Billed on a monthly basis)
   Monday — Friday from 7:00AM to 8:05AM
   Available only when school is in session. Forms are available in the school office.
2. After School Care — $2.75/ half hour (Billed on a monthly basis)
   Monday — Friday from 2:30PM to 6:00PM
   Available only when school is in session. Forms are available in the school office.
